Weekend Schedule:
Friday
Setup begins at 12 noon. Best time to arrive to help is 2 pm. With lots of help, we are usually done before 4 pm. Please come and help if you can.
Games start at 7 pm. Run till approx. 11 pm Access game schedule here. (link will be live when schedule is ready). Please don’t forget your family’s volunteer duties!!
Sandwiches will be available all Friday evening. Pizza from Milano’s will be on sale starting at 9 pm.
Bar will be open from 7 pm until 11.
Derek Martin Duo (Eastbound of Bytown) will be playing Friday evening 8 to 11 pm (country).
Saturday
Games start at 8 am. Schedule will be available at link above.
Coffee & donuts will be available starting at 7:30 am.
Bucket raffle for prizes will start in the morning and be available for bidding all day (raffle will close just after 7 pm)
Barbecue will be open from 11 am until about 6:30 pm
Bar will be open from 11 am until midnight.
Spencer Scharf play on stage from 11 am to 1 pm
The Two Paddys play on stage from 3 till 6 pm
Kid’s Game AND Home Run Derby both take place at the afternoon break in the schedule.
Bucket raffle ends at 8 pm before final games, prize winner names will be posted when drawn.
50/50 raffle winner will be drawn prior to final game.
Final Games A and B Divisions take place at 8:15 pm.
Tony is cooking. Not sure what he is making yet, but it will be available for purchase at around 7:45 pm.
Awards and team prizes will be handed out after final games, around 10 pm.
Brandy n Port will play on stage from 8 pm till midnight.
Sunday
Cleanup starts at 9 am! Should be done before noon. Please come and help if you can.
